Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across South Africa.

If you are in a remote area, please note that shipping may take slightly longer or incur additional charges.
Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once processed, your order will be handed over to our courier partner.

You will receive a confirmation email (or SMS) with tracking information when your order ships.
Delivery Time

Standard domestic delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days from the shipment date.

For remote or rural areas, delivery may take up to 7–10 business days depending on courier coverage.
Address Accuracy & Responsibility

Please ensure you enter the correct shipping address (street, city, postal code) when placing your order.

If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge for re-delivery or the order may be returned.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or external factors beyond our control (e.g. inclement weather, public holidays, remote-area courier limitations).
Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

We will work with the courier to file a claim and — depending on the result — either issue a replacement or refund.
Change of Address / Redirects

Once an order is placed, address changes or redirecting to a different address may incur additional fees, and are subject to courier approval.
