Shipping Policy (South Africa) 📦

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to all major cities and towns across South Africa.

  • If you are in a remote area, please note that shipping may take slightly longer or incur additional charges.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once processed, your order will be handed over to our courier partner.

  • You will receive a confirmation email (or SMS) with tracking information when your order ships.

Delivery Time

  • Standard domestic delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days from the shipment date.

  • For remote or rural areas, delivery may take up to 7–10 business days depending on courier coverage.

Address Accuracy & Responsibility

  • Please ensure you enter the correct shipping address (street, city, postal code) when placing your order.

  • If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge for re-delivery or the order may be returned.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or external factors beyond our control (e.g. inclement weather, public holidays, remote-area courier limitations).

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • We will work with the courier to file a claim and — depending on the result — either issue a replacement or refund.

Change of Address / Redirects

  • Once an order is placed, address changes or redirecting to a different address may incur additional fees, and are subject to courier approval.

  • Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your delivery information.
